I was wondering, can players still do War in Kryta?

I was inactive in Guild Wars for the time and missed it.

You sure can. You need to have completed Prophecies or EoTN. See here:

War in Kryta is permanent new content and will not be removed. It will continue to be available to any character who meets the requirements.
